STOP SEACRHES ON VICTORIA STREET

Dear Residents

Today officers while on foot patrol in the lees area smelt a strong smell of cannabis from 3 individual males and upon speaking to them gathered that they may be dealing and as such were stop searched by the local officers under section 23 of the misuse of drugs act.

Upon hearing this one of the males made off he was a tall skinny male with ginger hair wearing a blue montrex shirt. This incident occurred at 1335 and ran into the direction of the lees Highstreet and is believed to have escaped in a vehicle
